    Tower 200

Have owned and been using the Tower 200 for a couple weeks now and am enjoying it. Was unable to get motivated to get out of the house and go to the gym and this is wanting me to exercise everyday. Setup/install on a door was not something I wanted to do. Reefing close to 100 pounds on a door I don’t think is a good idea. I mounted mine in my basement by setting it up on a spare solid oak door and securing it to the basement cement walls with masonry screws. This made it really solid and I knew it would not come down. The work outs shown on the poster and DVD are just the beginning. If you search the Tower 200 on YouTube there are many videos of extra exercises that you can do. You can also just play with the machine and make up exercises that work for you. If you don’t have lots of time the 11 minute work out shown on the DVD is fun to try. I started with the 11 minute work out and then I just wanted to keep on going. I recommend this if you are just starting out or just want to keep in shape. My girlfriend enjoys using it as well. If you do get it I don’t recommend mounting it on the new paper thin doors because they aren’t made to handle this kind of tension.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Questions

    1 - 1 of 1 Question

Q: Door closed down for good? I thought I had read some questions not too long ago but... I wonder if once this item is installed, will the door remains closed down, inaccesible, obstructed for ever or it is easy to put it away everytime you finish exercising for the day?
