Q: how does it compare to cast iron frying pan? I know cast iron frying pan can take very high temperature and can go into the oven. How about this Artisan Frypan ? thanks
14 years agoA: This cookware is suitable for use on all gas, electric, ceramic or infra-red cook tops, and is oven-safe up to 350 °F / 176 °C. Always use potholders or oven mitts to prevent burns when removing cookware from the oven as the handles may become very hot in the oven.
