Q: what is the diameter of this pan All pans have a diameter, why is this not specified in the item's description? Oversight? I think not.

A: We bought this pan before receiving an answer regarding its diameter. On the bottom of the item's packaging, and in relatively small print, it states that it is a "10" MULTI PAN". We also have a 10" Heritage Rock deep pan. We will post a review oncecwe get a chance to use it for crepes (palachinki) later this month :-). Thank you (to me) ;-)

Q: What is the non-stick coating in the interior? The product says that it is 98% hand cast aluminium and has a revolutionary non-stick coating. Can I please get more details what the coating is? Is it Teflon?

A: The Heritage Artisan cookware collection non-stick surface is made with two layers of Whitford’s Xylan non-stick coating. The reinforced non-stick surface keeps food from sticking, and is 10 times more resistant to abrasion. For your information, Teflon is not a component of the coating, but a brand of coating and it is not this coating that is use on Heritage Artisan cookware collection.
