Came with slashes in the protective coating of the wire. And Can Tire won’t take it back - have to do a return to Apple, which is frustrating, never seen that before.

Exchange was denied

a month ago

I inadvertently purchased the wrong earbuds for my iPhone 15. I did open the box but did not use them. Canadian Tire does not exchange if box is open. If purchased through Apple, exchange would be allowed. I will NEVER purchase Apple products from C Tire again and will advise against it for all considering it.
