Needs better production Quality Control (QC).

During first day install just 3 years ago, the rubber flap had to be adjusted as the over flow water filling the tank was not cutting off. Just a year or so later, the anti-condensation feature of the foam liner inside the water tank was failing intermittently causing condensation (sweating) issue. Overall, putting aside on these 2 QC defects, the product meets the needs due to price and performance.

Works as a toilet should

We replaced three of our toilets a few years back and last our week replaced the fourth and last washroom with this model. There is never any concern of clogging. Anything falls in there you are not going to see it again ever. For the price this model beats the competition hands down!

I bought this about 2 months ago finally had it installed. Definitely an improvement from the standard height. I has helped a lot with my back problems. However the seating kind flimsy could be a little more stronger

Doesn't flush anything :(

Our toilet is installed properly and there is no clog, but this toilet takes 2 sometimes 3 flushes and sometimes even needs water to be simultaneously dumped while flushing for anything to go down. Very disappointing from AS.

This toilet has never even come close to clogging up. Would highly recommend for any upstairs location since it can't overflow.
