2 in 1, Smart Idea!

I keep using since I have it end last year. Unit becomes my connection center for USB devices to my notebook. I don't need to connect my printer, external hard drive, speaker, card reader so many USB cables to my notebook everyday in the office. I just connect all these to the hub then this hub only 1 cable to notebook. Quick and easy. Clean and tidy. This unit has a card reader too.........1 less item on my messy desk. Whoever comes up with this 2 in 1 should give him a big hand. Great stuff!

Q: Can this device read picture files from a usb drive or sd card and connect to a monitor to output the picture? Without connecting to a computer?

A: No. This device allows your computer to draw data from your USB drive or SD card then process. You need to connect your computer to this unit. This unit also provides additional USB ports which you may require. Answer provided by Alden Design support team.

Q: Will this device support SD High Capacity (SDHC TM ) cards? My camera uses a 16 gb High Capacity SD card

2 Answers

A: The DVR620 allows the user to record the same TV channel on the DVD recorder and VHS of the unit simultaneously. However, if the channels programmed to record are different between the DVD and VHS components, then the DVD Recording will take precedence and the VHS recording will be cancelled (2 minutes before the programmed start time).
