We purchased the lightbulb and had Canadian tire service center. Put it in all for under $150. Some people can do this themselves, but we didn’t take the chance on a Chevy Volt.

Q: What is the rated lifespan of this bulb in hours?

A: It is set to few thousand working hours. Although you are more likely to blow the bulb before even a 1000. I blew three of these in 2 weeks, if you have your signal on, and you flash your high beams, you will blow it. If you flash your high beams more than 3 times, you will blow it. The resistance in these is horrible. just buy a different one from Amazon.
