bought this a few years ago and it worked great at first, but after a few years some of the elements have stopped working completely. its never been heavily used so I'm quite disappointed its already broken. I have had cheep 30 dollar toaster ovens last longer. do not purchase this

Disappointed with Paderno

I bought this 4 years ago, it never did toast bread very good, usually had to cycle it twice to brown the toast. Recently I noticed the bottom 2 elements are warping , looked on line to purchase replacement elements and couldn’t find anything. I contacted Paderno and was told the only parts available was a roasting pan and a rack. It has a 1 year warranty and if it fails during the 1st year they will replace it. After a year, no parts, no repair. I find that very disappointing and incredibly wasteful for a $300 dollar appliance to basically be disposable. I do not plan on buying anything made by Paderno again and don’t recommend it to anyone else.
