Marine sealant
a month ago
Thick application and mouldable with caulk tools. Bones quickly to surfaces, wet or dry and under water but slow to cure. Does develop a tacky skin within an hour. What ever job your using it for, don’t rush. It’s worth it.

Good sealant.

I used this to seal a spigot into plastic barrel. It was leaking around the seal and threads, so loosened the nut, worked the sealant into the inner seal and threads, then re secured the nut. 24 hours later, leak test successful.

Marine waterproofing sealant

Excellent product, I used it to waterproof my boat deck cover. It seems to be working as described on the label. Kinda messy to work with but that’s just me, I recommend this if you’re looking for a waterproofing adhesive sealant.

Horrible. I had high expectations for a 3m branded product to last. I used it to caulk around my sailing catamaran windows and it barely made it a year before cracking and within only a few months it turned yellow. Absolute trash of a product. 3m you guys need to recall this one and get back to the drawing board. Switching to Sikaflex.
No, I do not recommend this product.
