Simple to use. Worked great. Unfortunately for my large mirror after 8 months of hanging the mirror fell. The tab on the hangar bent outward and the mirror slipped off the hook. I wish I chose a different hangar because now my $200 mirror is garbage! The tab on the hook needs to be more rigid.

This is a great product except there are extra parts with absolutely no instructions in the package to explain what they are for. I am all for using diagrams on ow to use a product but they are not a substitution for explaining parts that are not used normally especially for the type of work being done.
