Good for electric motors and lasts

I use this to lubricate electric motors in fans and appliances. Lasts longer than the aerosol types and will do the job in high temperature environments like pellet stoves. If you need to get into tight spots, try attaching a plastic straw with heat shrink tubing.

A: While this product can be used for this application, we would recommend use of the following WD-40 Specialist Bike products which have been specifically designed for use on a bike chain: WD-40 Specialist Bike Dry Chain Lube (073-0069-4), WD-40 Specialist Wet Chain Lube (073-0088-8), or WD-40 Specialist Bike Chain Lube (073-0072-4).
