Q: Are the lights waterproof?

  • A: The bottom is open, but water can't get in through the top. So when the light is hanging properly on the wall, water doesn't get in.

Q: What are the dimensions of the part that will actually be up against the wall? (Not just the electrical mounting bracket but the whole scalloped design piece at the back that will hide the electrical connection.)
