Great space saver planter

Excellent design and space saver, It has double wall with space in between which is great for plants however it would have been much better if the actual soil capacity was bigger deeper as almost half of the planter is the water reservoir but overall is a functional and good looking planter.

Q: How would you drain the planter before winter, with no drain plug hole in the base? Turning it over seems difficult if you have permanent plantings in them.

A: Yes, this planter can be used all season long. Because this is a self watering planter, It would be suggested to drain the planter in the winter so the reservoir does not freeze if it is full of water. This may cause the planter to bulge, or lose shape over time.
