Not impressed...opened up package...read the manual which said add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil before every use...seemed ridiculous...packed it up and returned it immediately!

Weak Little Sputterer

I bought one in Fall of 2018 to have for use in our Motor-home for emergencies or in case we ever needed to collect water from a lake or barrel etc. Used it today, first time, (mid Jan' 2020) to drain a broken clothing washer. I oiled as recommended and the hoses were less than 4' long. It just sputtered. There's no way this could pump 1300+ Lt/hr , maybe 13.. I wish I could return it but its been to long.

Weak impeller. Broke on third use (even with the recommended oil)

A: This pump is self priming under the condition that the instructions to use the pump are followed. The end user needs to pour vegetable oil in the suction and discharge openings prior to start the pump and the suction pipe must be as short as possible and is enough strong to not flatten during pumping. Suction pipe length must not be longer than 10’.
