    Careful!

    Not an easy installation, too many headaches and modifications and takes way too long! Almost a full day to install from someone who does a lot of renovations this is one I would pass on next time and just add a fixed security cam

    Poor quality

    I just bought this about a week ago. Only connected the evening it was installed. Kept disconnecting through the evening multiple times. Would alert me later than when It should. As of the next day on I have not been able to make a connection. The camera will not read the code off my phone......and about the wifi. If it needs to be 15 feet from the modem then that should be specified clearly on the box before a customer even buys this.

    Want a refund or different Geeni product

    My WIFI is not the problem. Have gone through this repeatedly with Geeni for over a year. My other Geeni products work well, but not this doorbells. I would like a refund or exchange for a different product (Not a doorbell). Where can i send these 2 doorbells to achieve this? I has been well over a year since i bought these. I am replacing with a different brand

    Terrible product.

    I have had to reinstall this product over and over due to it always going “off-line”. I am not sure how this is possible as it’s only about 15 feet away from my modem. Do yourself a favour and pass on this product.

    I got this on clearance and it work great. Having micro sd slot is really nice. You just need to make sure you meet the requirement.
