I've owned this mop

I've owned this mop for about 3 years and I think it does a great job cleaning. I feel like the steam it produces while mopping helps disenfect my home a lot more than mopping with a regular mop. I wish it had a little bit bigger reservoir tank so I wouldn't have to refill as often.

I love this product. I have a family of six .This product makes it easy for me to mop my floors everyday. I am so glad I purchased this. My fiance even takes his turn mopping now too.

I used this less than 10 times and it quit working. They will not do anything as it was a gift and I do not have receipt.

A: This mop can absolutely be used on bathroom tiles, and could be used on mirrors and windows, however, may leave some lint from the mop pad. The Shark Portable Steam Pocket (43-6454) is a more suitable product for use on mirrors and windows as it comes with a specialized squeegee tool.

A: The steam is dispensed from this mop by the pump action. The natural “mopping motion” (front/back pushing) allows the shaft of the mop to contract/extend which “pumps” steam out on the forward push of the mop. There is no squeeze trigger on this mop.
