We purchased this lock/handle about 6 months ago and it held up well in our freezing Alberta temperatures. It also is very nice looking!

Garbage door lock

I bought this digital lock on Jan 04, 2019. 3 weeks after, there was a mechanism error on the latch and got locked from my office. i had to hire a locksmith broke this stupid lock to get in my office. IT COST ME OVER $350 TO BUY AND SERVICE FEE FROM LOCKSMITH.

Won't Unlock In COLD Weather

I have the exact same issue as the previous reviewer. The lock won't function when the temperature gets near or below freezing. The thing is useless in a cold environment. Wish I had know this before I bought it. Stay away from this item.

Terrible when temperature drops below zero

Bought this product 2 years ago and every winter have problems with it. its beeping and flashing light and will not unlock. Tried to change battery lots of times, even in few days but nothing helps. So far have to use my garage door to enter my house for the last 5 days. Terrible. Stay away of this unless you use it in Mexico.
