I broke a vertebra in my back and have a high end suv but was very uncomfortable sitting in the passenger seat. This seem to ease the pressure and pain in my back on my drive to FL

I'm only giving it 2 stars because I find the seat way to small for the car, plus the lumbar support doesn't go to where I need it! The stars are for it's very spongy.

Love the back of this cushion set. Nicely shaped and stays in place with elastic straps. The cushion is too thick for me so have to give it away. Pity is wasn't thinner as it goes on top of a seat/chair.

very helpful. The elastic retainer for the lumbar support is stretched to the limit to fit over my truck seat backrest. might be better if it had a velcro adjustment as well as the elastic.
