faucet spray head

Can't even get parts for this model. (model 063-3195-8)
Faucet only 4 years old.
warranty is so poor that they charge 3 time more in freight and handling then what the part is worth.
Please anybody want to purchase a danze faucet, think twice.
Oh and by the way if you could get parts your out of a faucet for god knows how long because they want the defective part shipped at your expense before they ship you a new one.
No, I do not recommend this product.

good for a month

installed this product and fell in love with it. A month later the button starts acting up on the spout. A little while after that, the button stopped working all together.

As with every other review regarding this faucet, my spray head stopped working after a week. I also got a replacement head and it also stopped working after approx. 1 week. This would amount to the button being pressed maybe 5-10 times at most. Danze appears to be a poorly made product. I will never buy another Danze faucet. If you pay full price for this you are getting extremely poor value for your money. Look elsewhere!!
