The amount of dust this machine removed from my carpets is incredible. I only wish I could figure out how to purchase the head for hardwood floors

Bad roller

I have used at least 5 other Dyson cordless machines in the past. This new seems to have an issue with the main attachment. The roller stops spinning. i must turn the machine off and back on again to get it to spin. Might have to follow up with warrant.

A: The vacuum itself has a filter that has to be removed, washed, and set out to dry for at least 24 hours about every 4 weeks to a month.

Q: Why does this vacuum say ‘lightweight’ when it is heavier than the V8 Animal? What is it lightweight compared to? I looked on the Dyson website and it is the only V10 I can see. Thanks.

A: you are correct. I don't find that it's lightweight either. Also, It doesn't do a good job on pet hair at all. It is constantly getting clogged with hair!
