I've been using mine for almost 8 years now with zero issues. even with 4 grandkids using it almost daily the step-on and slow close lid works like they did on day one.

En déballant la poubelle , j'ai vu plusieurs petites bosses et la pédale ne fonctionnait pas bien . Impossible de se faire rembourser car on m'explique qu'une fois le produit déballé , il n'y a pas de remboursement . Complètement STUPIDE , comment veux-tu inspecter et essayer le produit sans l'ouvrir . De plus j'avais fait très attention et garder les scellants et cartons du produit. Complètement ridicule , on m'a donné le montant de l'achat en carte cadeau.
