No inner pail & the 25 litre bags did not fit around the circumference of the cab. I wanted an inner pale inside so when it got dirty, you could rinse it out instead of having to take your whole garbage can and hose it down outside.. not practical at all that I returned it

A: There's no inner basket/liner so I returned it back to the store immediately. I will get the Mistral brand with the inner basket/liner.
