Excessive Vibrations

Purchased as a Christmas gift after checking it out in-store. The display model was solid and smooth, however, the bike I received has excessive vibrations once you start peddling which makes it unpleasant to use for any period of time. Disappointing result for the price.

Not enough options to adjust for height

Nice bike but the seat does not adjust low enough and the handle bars don't adjust high enough in order to accommodate for proper positioning. No way of knowing until you put it together.

A: First , remember to remove the film between the battery and the contactor. It's very important. then, down load the App to your cellphone. You can connect the cadence sensor through the APP when you start the training.

Q: How much noise does the chain drive make? The ones I have heard are annoying to listen to if in the same room say watching TV, , but belts drives I have heard are much quieter than the chain drives I have heard.

A: Hello, thank you for your question. While belt drives are known to be virtually silent, this bike with chain drive is extremely quiet! In fact, the manufacturer tried to capture the quietness with a video to demonstrate that, but the sound was barely perceptible.

A: No, you do not need to enroll in the subscription in order to use the bike. The subscription is for the classes, tracking your workout history and progress, and seeing personalized metrics and training zones. This spin bike comes with a 30-day free trial for you to test out these features and see if it is something you would be interested in. This bike also comes with a cadence sensor and heart rate monitor. I have attached an image for more information.
