Good mat

Good product, not very thick, lightweight, easy to roll and carry under your arm or in your hand. I use it daily to stretch and perform some light exercises to start my day. Great for when I travel because it takes little space in my vehicle and can be stored anywhere in my space.

Not for Yoga although you could.

I never bought there mats for yoga, I have a large dog with slippery floor anxiety so we have the strategically placed all over our home so the dog doesnt fall down. They work great for that but if for yoga I'd say they are a little thin. I have gotten down on them a few times, tough they have a great no slip surface they don't off much cushioning from the floor.
