Delivered by local courier contracted with Can Tire. Delivered to wrong address. Courier refused to retrieve package and deliver correctly. Can Tire took 6 days to go through the help desk route. The only solution the provided was a refund, or more days of waiting while they picked, packaged and shipped another by the same courier. I chose refund, bought it from another place and had delivery correct in 1 day.

Surprisingly quiet!

So far so good. I delayed purchasing an ice maker for a couple of years. It seemed like too many reviews, across brands and models, mentioned very noisy appliances, and appliances that only lasted a year or less. But we caved during a recent heat wave and purchased this model on sale. We were relieved that it is very quiet! It only makes very small quantities of ice at a time,.so if you need an appliance that can quickly make a liter or two of ice, this model is not for you. However, if you need a model that can quickly make enough ice for 4 or 5 drinks, you will probably be happy with this model. It makes a cup or so of ice and then it is another few minutes until it makes more. Depending on the size of ice cube you choose, it may make 2 to 4 batches before you need to add more water. We like to have some ice ready in the freezer so I usually add water a couple of times until I have a large ziplock bag of ice in the freezer. We've just had it a couple.of weeks but have used it a lot and are enjoying it immensely. I will update this review if it dies early. Here's hoping!

A: Yes. You just leave the ice in it. Some will eventually melt and then it just goes through the cycle again of making new ice. I love it. One of the best summer purchases k e made.

Q: The specs indicate 15 minutes for making ICE. Is that the accurate time for a cycle? Most take 6 to 9 minutes.
