Q: Can this work on high pile carpet (long fibre carpet)?
2 years agoA: I guess so because it has two different tips that you can use. It did a great job on my carpet but it is short pile but you need to rub if there is any stains. It really does suck the dirt out. Works great!

Q: Does it come with two different width nozzles? I prefer a narrow head to get into the nooks and crannies of a car. A 7" head is way too wide for cars.
2 years agoA: That is a great question. For the specific model you are purchasing at Canadian tire it does not but there is a smaller tool for tight nooks and crannies.

Q: Will this model's hose also split eventually rendering the unit pretty much useless? I have a working hoover, that has bad splits in the hose and I've taped it as much as possible, now it's split right at the base, and no way of patching that. :(
