depuis 1 ans jai passer au moin 3 treuil de se model apres avoir ete utiliser 4-5 fois les aimants a l interieur se decolle et le treuil ne fonctionne plus par contre la garantie est bonne chaque fois il me le remplace mais la c assez je vais essayer un autre marque plus cher mais au moin quand j en aurai besoin il devrais fonctionner :(

Problem fixed

If you look the picture, there is a control box between the winch and the switch.
This box had relays to permit a small current at the switch thus use of a small switch at low current.
I just bought this winch and they got rid of the relays.
They now use a heavy duty switch without relays (no control box).

I have had good luck with Motomaster products until I bought this winch. I bought the first 1 hooked it up and it ran steady until I unhooked the battery. So went and exchanged it put it on the counter and there were parts missing. I then got 1 with all the parts and it worked great. I'm at the boat ramp the other day and it messed up, I think they have really bad control boxes and where do you get a new control box it's really hard. I wished I had left this no good product on the shelf!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY 1 OF THESE BOAT ANCHORS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
