Just what I wanted

My Samsung broke down after 3 years and of course I hadn't bought the extended warranty, the cost to fix $385.00 including an in home service $85. So I chose not to have it fixed and then I found this one. Great price, very good hd color and sound. My only disappointment was that the ad showed it on a more secure stand but in reality it came with 2 legs that wouldn't fit my old tv stand. It's was easy to install by following the wizard and I'm a senior lady.

Pretty good TV considering the price.
Sound quality is not as good as high end TVs, but still quite clear.
Remote must be pointed directly at power LED to accept commands.
Very nice feature of labeling TV input sources.
Clear picture.
Check manufacturer specs on input jacks, there are more than Canadian Tire listed when I checked.

We have enjoyed the tv had it for almost 2 year, it was priced for within our budget. Has been used a lot, durable to finger prints from a toddler.

I've had several RCA televisions over the years - none have ever let me down. All were excellent quality, and this LED television is no exception.
If you're looking for a smaller size "big screen" tv at an affordable price, check this one out. It's well worth the money. I needed a smaller size to fit in a specific niche area of my living room, and this has worked out fabulously!

If you're looking for a basic high def television for a decent price, this is it. I've had this RCA TV for over 3 years now with no problem. My only question is that it was the same price 3 years ago. Overall, it is worth the price tag though.

R : HDTV is High Definition Television FHD, Full High Def, UHD, Ultra. LED refers to the back light. Standard LCD, or LED, It's still an LCD ( Liquid Crystal Display ), and in both Standard LCD, and LED LCD, the crystal display doesn't illuminate. It only makes the colours. But instead of a standard light to illuminate the screen, it's LED lights, which generate less heat, last longer, and are all around more cost efficient. Another pro for the LED back light, is that instead of just a white light that remains illuminated (the pixels on the LCD produce the colour black, making dark images seem not so dark.), the LED lights darken or brighten the back light, producing brighter and more vivid colours. Hope that answered, and that it wasn't too hard to follow.
