Grinder is not working after only 4 months, its parts are loose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using fresh grounds always makes a more flavorful cup and I achieve it by using Hamilton Beach’s Custom Grind™ Coffee Grinder. It absolutely exceeded my expectations in both performance and ease of use. The grind consistency is excellent whether I’m making a fine espresso grind or a coarse French Press grind. The settings are easy to adjust, and I love the auto-stop feature which gives me a reliable grind size every time ensuring a perfect cup of coffee no matter how I brew it. The grinder is also fast, grinding through the beans quickly. The motor is quiet compared to other grinders I’ve used which is great for early mornings when I don’t want to wake everyone up. Clean up is incredibly easy thanks to the removable cup which removes with a simple twist. The compact design makes it easy to store with my coffee mugs or on my kitchen counter without taking up very much space. I highly recommend this coffee grinder to anyone looking to elevate their coffee-making experience. It’s quick and easy to use and delivers a consistent, quality grind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee grinder was a real step up from my old one. You can choose between Coarse/Medium/Fine and anything in-between for your grind and set the number of cups. Then just press the start button and voila! - ground just the way you wanted. We love the removable grind cup with cup markings. Most grinders make you tip the whole appliance over to empty the ground coffee, but this one allows you to remove the grind cup to empty the ground coffee and clean the cup more easily. There is a small brush for the hard to reach spots that fits into its own slot above the cord. The base extends to wind the cord and hide it away. The grey/black/stainless fits in great with our other kitchen appliances. I don't miss the old grinder at all.

So far works well grinding coffee, not loud which is nice. Can’t wait to try grinding dried spices!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach Coffee Grinder is sturdy and effectively grinds coffee beans. It is very easy to use and clean. Beans are ground quickly and to the correct grind. The cover and grinding chamber clearly mark the locked and unlocked positions. The instructions provide information indicating the following: the amount of coffee beans needed based on the number of cups of coffee you will be brewing and the grind (coarse, medium, and fine) based on the type of coffee maker you are using. As you can see from the attached photo, the metal grinding bowl clearly marks the cup selection amounts. The grounds pictured below are medium grind. After using, all coffee grounds can easily be removed using the brush that is neatly stored in the back of the grinder. The cord storage feature creates a smaller footprint when the grinder is not in use. Keep in mind that a cup is 8 ounces. Many coffee mugs are much larger than 8 ounces. Depending on how strong you like your coffee you might need to adjust the amount of beans that you use. You will notice from the metal bowl picture that it indicates Spice Max. It would appear that the grinder can be used for spices, however, the instructions do not include any information about grinding spices. I rated the grinder 4 stars because having a spice indicator and no instructions regarding spices is misleading.
