Je suis vraiment ravi de ce produit que j'ai acheté ces derniers jours, car il offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. C'est pourquoi, dès que j'ai besoin d'un outil ou d'un produit pour des travaux de mécanique, de peinture, de menuiserie ou de plomberie, je me tourne toujours vers Canadian Tire.

R : Thanks Doug, Dennis and John! Thank you for the replies and the helpful info ! I did check the manual very carefully before asking, it says "Motorcraft MERCON LV ATF" is required. What actually caused the confusion is the CanadianTire website, which keeps saying this product does not fit my Fusion 2012 in a popup message. I also checked a few other websites, which give the same warning message - "not fit .....". I then checked with my mechanic who told me this product is good for my car but he did not know why CanadianTire website says no. I got confused but did not have a chance to go to a store to ask so I posted a message here ... glad to see the replies so quickly! Thanks again!

Castrol does NOT recommend mixing different ATF products as Castrol cannot guarantee compatibility with competitive fluids as we do not know their proprietary formula. Therefore, we recommend a complete drain of the transmission and re-fill with just one product. This should include draining the torque converter which holds about one-half of the ATF volume -- dropping the pan will not cause the torque converter to drain. You may find directions for draining the torque converter online or you may wish to have this service performed for you by a service facility.
