Cushion rips easily- no replacements available

Bought this over a year ago - pros it very comfortable however - right away the cover started ripping at the sewn in divots. Now over. A year later some of them have ripped exposing the interior to the elements. The cover is not removable so impossible to wash or sew back the multiple rips. Customer service has been useless and the warrantee company yotiro takes no responsibility and cannot help me find a replacement cushion that does t cost more than an entirely new chair. Canadian tire used to stand by its products however we are so disappointed with this supposed “out door weather proof” item that rips with light use and limited warranted.

Loveseat /egg chair

I am updating my previous review where I stated it was the best purchase I made since moving back from the USA x26 years..... I have learned from living in the S. USA that if you want to protect your investment - you protect against the elements - which I have done with this loveseat and the chair - and I move them into the garage over the winter months.... have had for 4 years and they are still in wonderful condition including structure and cushions

Great chair - But not made for Outdoors

I purchased the double chair for my birthday and I think it looks fabulous and is comfortable. Unfortunately, if you leave it out in the rain water does leak in ALL seams and it will take forever to dry as it is thick. This happened to mine and not only did it seep inside the cushion but as it take so long to dry it started to smell, and you can't wash it.
But, ok I guess I should have covered it when it rained, but this one is now ruined. The things that is worse is that I cannot find anyone that can help me in replacing the cushion. I am willing to purchase a new one if required, but that does not seem to be an option. If you purchase this for outside, please ensure to cover it when it rains.

R : Order it on line to be picked up at the store. You should see the box dimensions on the information section of the item. We put it in the back of our van. It would certainly fit upright in the back of a pick up. If you get pick it up from the on line order area of the store, they will bring it right out and help you load it. One box.
