It Motivates Us!!

This is an awesome machine! Heavy duty, and we workout on it daily! My husband and I love it. We also put it together fairly easily, instructions were good and yes it took a couple of hours. This machine is no lightweight but it is very sturdy. It is very smooth and quiet too as we watch TV when we are working out. I love the fan and it has good output! if you hear any squeaking or noise you just need to adjust the leveling device found on the bottom of the legs. It is also an awesome looking machine! Definitely happy with it and we are in better shape.

I purchased this just after Christmas 2013. Unpacked everything at the store so that it would fit in my car. Everything fit easily into my Kia Forte. Took about 2 hours to assemble. Excellent instructions; easy assembly.
The construction is rugged, the movement is silent and the operation is simple.
I am very pleased with my purchase. Much prefer the elliptical to a bike or a treadmill. Highly recommend

Preliminary evaluation

Purchased this unit Dec 24 2013 at local retailer, Canadian Tire. Did so after a year of research and reading reviews. Price was a large factor and it being on sale made the difference.
Impressed by way unit was packed. Most materials I was able to recycle. Assembly time took about 2.5hrs and I am a tradesman by profession. Hardware seemed to be made of durable steel and not flimsy white metal. Still ran into some difficulty with instructions and have two washers left over from the lower handle bar assembly which I could just not figure out. Assembled unit after initial use is very sturdy due to weight of components. I decided on the 8.0E model as the only other one available at store was 10.0E. Did not need a power incline as I felt that is only one more component that could be a problem in the future after warranty expires. Would have been a benefit to have at least two persons to move box into area to be assembled as it was very heavy. So far am satisfied with the unit. Last elliptical, floor model, was also purchased at same location 8 years ago.

This is soo far the best elliptical i have seen.
* assembling took 1-2 hours and was very easy and instructions were very simple and photos made the work easy
* it is very solid elliptical and you will feel safe when doing it
* I hooked my Ipad to the aux cable and it fits right in the front so i can enjoy my shows
* very easy to maneuver around for cleaning and moving
i bought it when it was 60% off the regular price.And its completely worth it

R : Someone else suggested this for a different piece of equipment. But it worked for me for this product. Unpack the product in the parking lot of Canadian Tire, and load the individual parts into your car. We have a 4 door Grand Prix, and had no problem. No one piece was even close to not fitting in our car. Every piece except the flywheel went into the trunk, and we put the flywheel in the back seat. A 4 door car will make this easier of course. This solution has a couple of advantages. 1. At no time are you ever lifting a lot of weight. The heaviest piece is the flywheel at about 25 pounds. (I think the fully packed box is 175 pounds) One person by themselves could get the product home this way. 2. The staff at our Canadian Tire offered to dispose of the box and packaging for us. I know some people like to keep the packaging, but we would have thrown it out as soon as the unit was assembled - so easier for us for to have the CT staff dispose of it.

R : Hi, I am 6 foot 2, and I had this machine positioned under a 77 inch (6 foot 5), false ceiling. I was just touching the ceiling with my head, so I moved the machine to a different area that had a higher ceiling. Your ceiling is 85 inches high, so you should have no problem at all.
