As a standing model it barely warms anything. The heat settings aren't marked-Guessing is how the operation is figured out.

Does Not Warm Towels

We have tried weaving the towels through the bars, left it on for an hour - still the towel was barley warm. Returning it today

Good towel dryer, but poor towel warmer

Read the previous review of a disappointed buyer just before I bought this unit and do agree with it: if you buying it hoping to have luxuriously warm towels in 10 minutes, spend your money elsewhere or just heat your towels in a dryer. HOWEVER, I got it with a different aim in mind. Our bathroom seems to be damp despite the constantly open window, and towels never seem to dry completely, despite being hung on doors, racks, hooks etc. No one likes perpetually damp towels that get stinky after the second use .This little unit, used as a towel drying rack, fixed the problem completely. Dry,fresh smelling pleasant warmish towels and less overall dampness in the bathroom itself.
Not sure how much it adds to the hydro bill , having it on all the time. Also, for the price, I think towels should be warmer that they actually are. Liking the fact that it comes with a wall-mounting hardware, although can be used as a free-standing unit.

Do not waste your money

Does not warm the towels. I put the towel over the top bar and turn the heat on high and jump in the shower. When I am done the shower (approx 10mins) and grab the towel it is not even warm. I tried to weave the towel thru the bars but that didn't help either. I am returning it.
