Bateau gonflable Intex Seahawk, 3 personnes

The first one I got from the store had a 1cm hole in the bottom, and stress marks all over. It looks like the pvc broke at a tight crease inside the box. I tried using one of the patches that came in the box and gave it my best attempt to seal it on with force, but the adhesion broke when it was re-inflated. I wanted to go back to the store for an exchange, but the last one was pre-opened, so I opted to send it to the manufacturer instead. I paid express shipping to send cut up parts of this item in order to receive a replacement, but it still took over a month to get the replacement back, and I missed all the hot weather. When I was finally able to take this thing to the lake, I dragged it over a single jagged rock and it cut a three inch hole in the bottom. I'd like to patch it, but it's hard finding a good repair product. Meanwhile, I see stress marks on the foot pedals of the included pump - I feel like this too will break soon. It's a really fast, compact pump, but it's kind of disappointing to think of how many get thrown away because either the customer already has one or the included one breaks. Personally, I would rather just pay less and buy my own pump instead. This product is marketed for fishing or rowing in the sea, but I would never use this near barnacles, rocks, or fishing hooks. Just save up for a canoe or a kayak and it could last you a lifetime. I'd really like to have a good experience with this product but it has been a headache.

This inflatable will be slow to row. I was being towed down a creek at a rate faster then I was capable of handling. This raft took hits from over hanging trees and log debris that pushed the sides in several inches. This occurred for fifteen minutes. No holes no leaks. I now use a trolling motor and load five hundred pounds. Works as expected and more.

We bought this inflatable after first buying a very cheap one from another shop and having a fun time out on the local river. However that one was far too small so we bought this 3-man boat and we've not looked back. I've now fitted it with a trolling motor and have taken it out a number of times on the Lakes. For the money, it's great value and fun.

I bought this boat last year and after my 4 the time using it the boat busted in the middle of the lake and freaked me and my friend out :o We had to swim to shore and abandon the boat but thankfully we had life jackets on. Was fun while it lasted but cheap.

This boat has 2 boston valves which are fine I found the floor valve to be leaking. This valve-plug is a cheap air bed/beach ball plug. Luckily Can Tire is very co-operative with their exchange policy and gave me another boat. I am concerned how long this filler will work. I contacted INTEX to voice my concerns and perhaps they could consider rectifying this. I received a cookie cutter reply "Intex products do not have a specified life expectancy" etc, etc. After 2 attemts to communicate with INTEX I surrender! I would not recommend this boat in its present form with this valve. More a toy than a Boat
