Ok but could be better

The frame of the canopy is great. Easy to assemble strong and easy to take down for storage. Attaching the canopy is easy as well. The suprise was the material used for the canopy itself. We have other shelter logic products and the top canopy material is of higher quality. We asked if we could get a cover with the other material, pauing whatever it cost, and was told they don't use the higher quality material on this cover.

Poor quality

We ordered 2 shelters after our previous one was damaged in the storms. Both sets were made wrong, so they sent us two more sets at no cost.And those also were made wrong from the factory.
We now have four shelters that cannot be put together because parts were made wrong. Not sure if we will call again and see what happens.

Not as wide as stated

I was excited to receive this beautiful canopy only to find that the coverage was not 9 ft but 8ft 9 inches due to grommet holes and space between canopy and bar. This has caused water to enter top of trailer and now roof has leaked. Huge job to repair. It’s tastefully designed yet would have been beneficial to state that it doesn’t have full 9 ft coverage.

This is a good light duty shelter.

This is a good light duty shelter. We have an acorn problem here for 2 or 3 months in the fall. The oak trees here are very tall and if you have a wind storm, which we have often, acorns can cause a lot of damage to our 3 cars and has in the past. I orginaly used the tarms that were included but the wind storm wreaked havoc with them. Now I just use fine bird net instead of the tarps and that works great. These have holes on some parts that don't correspond with holes on the other parts so I drilled my own. Plus I added metal screws in various places as in the fisrt wind storm with the tarps it pulled apart where there was no screws or bolts. Other wise I'm very happy with these, I have 3, they do the job and look good.

We have a massive black walnut tree on our property that drops thousands of walnuts every year. Bought the Monarc Canopy to protect my car from the walnuts and so far it’s worked like a charm. Love that it’s not bulky and doesn’t take up much space. Only con is the middle poles make it so you have to park in exactly the right spot so the doors don’t hit the canopy when being opened.

Q : I bought such a canopy in August 2018 and now pretty much all joints, screws and nuts are rusted. Is there any warranty for this case ?

R : This is a canopy which we don’t recommend for use in the snow. Inclement weather for canopies is light rain or light snow – for this canopy the cover is attached with bungees and will not handle the weight of snow very well.
