Aspirateur sans fil Hoover ONEPWR Blade MAX

I purchase this vacuum just over a year ago, and its given me nothing but headaches. LED Indicators on half the control buttons failed within the first couple months so you were unable to tell what mode the vacuum was on. Contacted hoover, their fix was to rub a dryer sheet on the handle to remove static (which did not do anything). A few months later, I left the battery on the charger for an extended period of time. (roughly 3 weeks) The charger does not trickle charger when full, and will drain the battery to an unusable state bricking the battery. Just recently. The rotating brush for the carpet attachment got hair behind the spline that it mates to There are seals behind it that should have prevented this but after dissembling the carpet attachment, there was hair where it should not have been, and it ended up causing too much friction and melting the plastic seizing the gears. I've taken this vacuum apart too many times now to try and repair it myself because getting any support from Hoover is just about impossible. The vacuum itself works well, and I've been happy with its cleaning capabilities, but the overall quality and support is dismal.

Since a few months after we bought this unit we have had nothing but problems. First was bad batteries then bad charging dock. Then the heads started to not work loud grinding sounds wouldn’t spin on carpet. Busted belts constantly . After 2 battery replacements and 4 head replacements . Also new charging dock replacement. Hoover is going to send a new vacuum for what that’s worth at this stage. But only after a little over a year with this we are kind of stuck with it. Not a good product.

Works really well. Picks up dirt we didn't know was there.

I bought this after years of wanting a cordless vacuum. I was immediately unimpressed and upset that I had spent so much on this vacuum that did not work well. It didn’t pick up dirt well and the carpet attachment started squealing for no reason after a few uses. The canister for dumping is also not easy to empty out because you have to use your fingers to pick the dirt/fluff out because it gets stuck up the sides of the canister. Upset with my purchase, I reverted back to my old corded vaccuum and I decided to give this one to my husband to use at his small work office so that I didn’t feel like I had totally wasted my money, I thought at least maybe he could use it every so often in his tiny space with little dirt traffic and little need for a vacuum. Months later (now) I asked if he had been using it and he told me he wasn’t because it electric shocks his hand when he tries using it. It is just under one year old and was used a handful of times. I wanted to warn potential buyers of this product’s multiple defects and dangerous malfunctions.

To ease my mind about the few hundred dollars I had just wasted away, I decided to give it to my husband to use at his small work office so that I didn’t feel like I had totally wasted my money… I thought at least maybe he could use it every so often in his tiny space with little dirt traffic and little need for a vacuum.
