If there was a minus star rating I’d be putting it on this vacuum!! I’d like to know who and how much the people writing these 5 star reviews are collecting and who in these review columns don’t actually clean or haven’t used a vacuum?! This vacuum is GARBAGE!! I am an owner of 2 Dysons and have used shark vacuums regularly and this Tineco pet 3 EX is the worse I have come across. I left my home for 2 days with 2 cats roaming freely and came home to lots of cat hairs, I unboxed this vacuum and used it right away. Ran it for about 15 mins and you can barely see anything in the canister.. and I know there’s hairs , lots of them! I put down the tineco and took the Dyson and went over the same areas and the canister was half full! My Dyson sticks to my hardwood floor, the Tineco just slides over the floor like a crazy carpet on ice. Needless to say I am RETURNING THIS ITEM to Canadian tire pronto!!

Very poor and cheap quality

I purchased the T3 EX last December, 2024, and it looks exactly like this. Initially we were happy with it, but gradually the poor quality phone through. First it was the tubing not being connected properly to the head, so it would cut in and out. Now, it's a battery that was supposed to last 40 minutes and now only runs for 5-10 minutes. Going to Tineco support is useless. I registered my warranty when I first purchased it. And, when I went to them, it took several tries for them to even recognize the warranty. They sent me the wrong tubing the first time, and the second tubing didn't correct the connection issue. Canadian Tire said it was "tested"....well if it was "tested" they would have realized they should never have sold this. So beware, this is a poor quality product. Pay more and buy a Dyson, even if it is more expensive. I hear Dyson support is tremendous. I will be writing to CT to see what they can do, suffice to say, I would never recommend this product.

Battery life is meh

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) It is very well made. Been dropped a few times and it's still does great! It's top heavy so it falls when it leans against things. I like how it has smart suck tech, so it knows when you switch from hard floors to carpet. Noise isn't too bad, it is loud on carpet, but it's a vacuum. Battery life is the reason for not getting 5stars, it takes me 2 batteries to do my house. One upstairs one downstairs. BUT we have a larger Than average house (3000sqft) if you live in an average/small home it wouldn't even take one battery.
