Additional Uprights not available

Bought this for my wife and installation was fairly easy. The only problem is that I need 2 more uprights and they are not available anywhere. Now I have shelves that I cannot hang because I have no uprights. Rubbermaid has indicated in it's responses that these uprights are available at Lowes, however I have confirmed that they are not.

Won't buy again

While the system works fine, y9ou can;t buy any additional uprights if you want to expand your system or a short one. The fast trak uprights don;t work with this.
Wish I had read review before I bought and installed this. I'll stick with Closet maid from now on. I did an entire house with kits and single pieces and never had this issue with Closet Maid.

Not able to get additional pieces.

The product is good, but you can't get anymore uprights. It was horrible we had to buy another kit to finish our closet, just because they don't sell the uprights. I am not happy with Rubbermaid. Having additional parts for products they sale is common sense.

Need more uprights!

I am in the process of installing this product and found I need one more upright. I purchased an extra one from the store to find it did not work with the Homefree Series. I checked online and couldn't find it either. I decided to go ahead and buy another shelving kit because surely it would come with more of these uprights (about 4 ft long) but no - it came with six short ones that I cannot add in because of the difference in length. I can use connectors but the holes do not line up with the other longer pieces.

missing uprights

Bought 2ea. 47.5 uprights a few years ago thought I would be able to find more if needed. "WRONG" Sometime since then they changed the style of the rail and upright.You can no longer find that style anywhere. There is nothing wrong with the new style,but then again there was nothing with the old style.They are not interchangable so if you want to change your configureation you have to buy all new uprights and rails.The shelf brackets and shelving are interchangerable. At least I won't have to buy them.

R : Yes you can if your space allows you. You can purchase additional hang rails and vertical uprights with corresponding wire shelves and brackets. Additional pieces are available only in Satin Nickle finish and not in white.
