Hose tore and head broke off. Poor quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned this less than 6 months and the hose already tore and the head that connects to the end of the hose broke. Extremely poor quality. So so disappointed in this purchase.

Works great, but hose became stiff and then cracked

I discovered mini Bissell machines like this one when my cat was sick & making frequent messes. They are an absolute must-have for pet owners. I use them for pet messes and other messes on carpet, and upholstery cleaning (furniture and car.) I was dismayed when I took my machine out of the closet today and found that the hose was quite stiff. I used it anyway, and got about halfway done cleaning an upholstered chair when the hose gave out and cracked open. It broke because it was too stiff; it should have flexed. I have an older machine, (little green machine), and the hose on it is still 100% flexible. So I switched to the other machine. I'm disappointed that the hose didn't last. I don't know if I'll try replacing the hose, or what... I don't want an exact replacement if it's just going to fail again.

Not worth the box it came in.

Functioned perfectly the first use. When finished using it, I promptly ran fresh water through it and made sure everything in the unit was clean and dry before putting it away. A few weeks later I got it out to use it again and the pump isn't working at all. Don't have the box and can't find the receipt. Total junk and a waste of money.

i liked it very much only thing i didn't care for was the hose wasn't long enough had to keep picking up the machine to put it where i needed to clean.

R : BISSELL Spot Clean includes the Tough Stain accessory with purchase. Additional accessories are available for purchase at www.bissell.ca or calling 1.800.263.2535. There should be a user guide in the carton along with starter bottles of BISSELL formula for portable deep cleaners and a bottle of BISSELL OxyGen Boost. User guides are available on line or contact BISSELL Consumer Care at 1.800.263.2535. I will make a request to check inventory to ensure the user guide pack in is included in the carton as this would have been an oversight or an isolated incident that you did not receive the user guide.
