Nous utilisons cette glacière depuis 3 ans. Elle garde la fraicheur, même durant plus de 2 heures par temps chaud alors que la voiture est immobilisée au soleil.

The unit measures 380Lx250Dx300H outside and 350Lx190Dx 250H inside. Folds to about 150mm deep for storage. Measure is aprox as bag is flexable.
It will hold 3-2Liter bottles standing up. Some room is needed for air circulation.
It uses 2.7A at 13.2V measured (12V car battery) for about 35W as per power label inside. This is a considerable drain on a battery if not being charged. Very slight sound from fan. There is no thermostat, so it runs continuiously and 35W is not a lot of cooling power compared to a 120 volt kitchen fridge that runs 500+ watts. The 120V adapter $27 is not included as per some of the more expensive units.
I got the unit to cool down to +1 degree in a cool (16 degree) shaded basement, after a couple of days, which is more reasonable than the 20 degree cooler that is advertised. It is more reasonable for keeping food cold, rather than cooling warm drinks. Some condensation does form that can be removed with a small cloth.
The power cord, 2.7M long is hard wired, so it only cools, as compared with some larger units that also heat. The tip of the plug does get hot after extended use.
The bag is well constructed heavy duty nylon outside, and waterproof plastic inside. The adjustable strap is comfortable for a short distance. Net storage on ends for cord, etc.
All these coolers go on sale spring and early summer so use " Sale Alert" and CT will email you 2 days earlier.
This is the smallest of the coolers. I have had for about a year and it fit my needs, however the larger units are worth concidering for value and features.

Q : Will it run off a solar panel? such as 11-2023-8? Or several 11-2007-8 solar panels parallel-connected to make up 4 watts?

R : A USB cord is not available. However, there is a universal 110v AC/DC adapter that fits all Mobicool Coolers. It is available from your local Canadian Tire store. The product is # 37-0149. If you wish to view this adapter online, just visit the Canadian Tire website and type in the product.

R : Some trucks will continue to provide power to the cooler, even though the truck is turned off. The cooler consumes 4 amps at 12 volts. This corresponds to approximately 48 watts. Make sure the cooler does not drain your battery to a point, where it cannot start your truck. 2) This is a 13L (14qt) cooler. The dimensions of the cooler are 13.8 x 7.9 x 10.2" (35 x 20 x 26 cm).
