I'll keep this short.. only buy this if it's on a really, REALLY, good sale. It's cheaply made, maybe a fifth of the holes would not line up and a bunch of nuts didn't even have threads in them. The sliding drawers barely fit and don't sit completely flush.
I'm really glad I bought this for a third of it's retail price.

Impossible to passup Pricing

Solid unit! Very simple to build, just time consuming. You only need a phillips (star screwdriver) an 8mm and a 10mm wrench! My unit came with all screws, extra washers, and only one item was labelled incorrectly, but no big deal.
Bought it after reading everyones negative reviews, and as others pointed out - a couple (read two) holes didn't line up perfectly.
The drawers are VERY difficult to operate, and feel WAY too stiff. I'm sure I can loosen some parts to free them up, but right now they're seemingly, "put stuff in and jam it shut and forget about it" drawers ;)
The top cabinets are nice, work very well - but both of them were dented. Only notice it if you look, but I look!
The table top and bottom shelf are excellent quality. Certainly enough room for a typical Vice, not sure what the other reviewers meant.
The light that comes with it has a protective casing around it, and is quite bright! No need for brighter imho.
Easy enough to move around once built as well. I would have rated it five stars if the items weren't dented, and the drawers were high quality. Some folks mention the instructions are hard to read, they're not. There are three types of screws with the unit, the ones you use the most of are in one bag, the other two (for wood, and for drawers) are in another bag. Super simple. The instructions ARE in French and English, I.E. Pages 1-4 are English, then page 5 is French, then pages 6-10 are English again. No big deal, just need to flip to page 5 of the FRENCH side for English instructions. Funny that.
Thinking I'll be picking up another one!

Better than expected

After reading the reviews here, I had mixed feelings about purchasing this workbench.
Putting it together took quite a while, but wasn't really complicated as every single part was labeled. As others have pointed out before, the pictures in the manual are rather tiny and they mixed up the English and the French descriptions. Not a big deal though, it just means you need to flip more pages unless you are bilingual.
Most bolt holes lined up just fine, in fact there was only a single one that did not. Again, no big deal.
The drawers fit well, but they are clearly not designed for heavier items.
Considering the low price of this workbench, I'd say it's a great deal. I mainly use it for my hobby and I don't think there's anything better in this price range.

It's a good work bench for home use. Patience is needed to put it together. No big deal, just take you time. A nice project.

R : The assembly instructions I received with my unit are adequate but not great. Be prepared to have to re-install a couple of parts because they are upside down (the manual is not that clear in places).

R : I estimate that 650 LBS would be at or exceeding a safe tolerance. So, yes, it could hold it, but this work bench is NOT suitable for your purpose.

Q : How do I get an extra drawer rail and track if my bottom one came out of the track and won't fit back in? One of the track's for my bottom drawer came off the rail and won't go back into the track with the ball bearings. Q : Shortening legs I only have 65" clearance. Can it be assembled without the legs and sit flat on the floor or possibly 1" above floor height? Could the legs be cut shorter

R : The assembled unit stands about 68". You cannot assemble the unit without legs as the side frame assemblies function as both the legs and the structure to support the upper cabinet, benchtop, and side drawers. You could cut the legs down to shorten the overall height of the assembled unit. I would do this before assembly as the unit is quite heavy.

R : Depends on the vice. if your vice clamps to a workbench, it should be ok - this unit is designed for that. The box this comes in says it has a "work surface with 1½ " overhang for clamping". If your vice doesn't clamp to a workbench, then you may have to drill holes to mount it.
