Use while riding my bicycle

I use it in conjuction with my bone conducting headphones while bicycle riding. Easy to control while keeping my hands on the handlebars.

Just Gets in the Way

I really wanted to like this, but it just gets in the way on my steering wheel. It’s a real shame it wasn’t designed to be put anywhere else. Whether it’s Velcro or double sided tape, but anywhere else would have been great. I have all the room on my dash for this controller.
It works like a charm and makes my “dumb” radio easier to enjoy. Please redesign to be easier to place in other locations.

Great control for my Honda Odyssey

I love it! I saw it on sale and purchased it without much thought. When I got it I noticed it had a rotary volume control, which just added to the features. Unfortunately, it can't control my Pioneer stereo and the bluetooth volume is fixed so that was a bummer. Nevertheless it was a great addition to my 2012 Honda Odyssey and I have now gotten used to clicking instead of looking down at the stereo and using the on screen controls.

Misrepresented

I bought this because I thought it was a speaker, not a switch. I don't need a switch on my handlebars, my iPhone is already on my handlebars. I know JBL as a speaker company ONLY, and a good one. I had already purchased a handlebar speaker of yours for another bike.
I feel the ad misrepresented the product.

Q : When I pair the click to my IPhone 12 Pro all the functions work except the volume control with the wheel. I have friends that have the same issue. What is causing this? How can this be resolved?

R : Thanks for your inquiry. You can adjust the volume on our JBL Click by rotating it clockwise and counterclockwise. Also, you can try to do a factory reset. Just press and hold the button for 10 seconds. After doing a reset kindly delete or forget the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings before reconnecting to your phone.
