No Programming Instructions

The store had two remotes... neither had instructions, i was given a 1-800 number to contact the company... they could not help me with the product, and wouldn't send me programming instructions because I could not prove that it had been professionally installed. The remote start came with the used vehicle that I bought 4 years ago... I don't know who installed the unit.
