The Little Live Pets Mama Surprise Playset with guinea pigs is hands-down one of the most magical and exciting toys we’ve ever brought home. If you’re looking for a gift that delivers genuine wow factor, this is it.
The idea behind the toy is so creative—kids take care of Mama guinea pig by feeding her and brushing her, and after consistent care, she “magically” has babies! The surprise element is SO exciting. My kids couldn’t believe it when the first baby appeared in the hutch. It’s a fun, interactive way to teach nurturing and responsibility.
The baby guinea pigs are super cute, each with their own accessories and birth certificate. The playset itself is well made and doesn’t feel flimsy. The sounds and movements are gentle and not too loud (huge plus for parents). It’s been a hit for both imaginative play and collecting.
Pro tip: The mechanism resets so you can “re-deliver” the babies multiple times, which keeps the play going long after the first surprise.
Overall, this toy is pure joy—from unboxing to playing again and again. Highly recommended for ages 4+ and perfect for birthdays, holidays, or just a big treat!

Fun for all ages!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my 12 year old and 1 year old enjoyed playing with this set. They were both excited about seeing it when it came out of the box and then once I added the needed batteries and it was up for play, they both got excited to see what all it does. My son had fun trying to figure out how the babies magically appeared and my little girl loved petting the mama and her babies. It has a slow and fast mode to control how soon the babies come. This can be redone many times over with the mama having the babies. The only thing lacking was proper instructions on how to operate it. The ones provided weren’t super helpful…..but luckily I watched a video of a one and was able to figure it out. Definitely a fun toy for everyone including parents.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 5yr old daughter LOVED this when she got it for her birthday. We have already had to get 2 more refil packs for the babies. :)
It was fairly easy to set up and, once we worked out exactly where the mummy guinea pig had to be, it worked like a dream. It didn't take long though for my 5yr old to work out the babies fell from the roof and didn't come out the mum. I think this part of the design needs to be changed. Maybe have the babies come up from underneath would be better. That being said, it has kept my daughter amused for a good few days.

A Fabulous Toy that is Super fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had soo much fun playing with this toy! So there is a mama Guinea and a home for her. You turn the switch on, groom mama, pet mama, show her some love then all of a sudden her heart glows! You place her in her home, a little while later you open the cage and guess what! You have the cutest most adorable baby! There is 3 babies in total so repeat the process. Then you can do this all again and again! How cute!! My daughter loves it!
