Best mop Ive used

Its the most convenient, easy to use mop that cleans really well. I wet the removable microfiber part and it does and excellent job! Been using it for years and planning to buy a refill. Love it!

The WORST mop EVER!!!

This is the third mop that I have purchased in 2 years. My husband was so disappointed when I came home with the last one. ''Why did you buy the same terrible mop? The mop handle is going to break on us within 2 months.'' Oh gosh, I hate when my husband is right! Break, it did, and less than 2 months later.
I ask you, how is it that my grandmother had the same mop handle for about thirty years and Frank can't make one that can last one year?!!!!!
When I first saw this mop I so badly wanted to love it. So much so in fact, that I purchased 4 replacement mop pads, and that is why I continue to re-purchase the same mop (I don't want to throw away all of those unused mop pads when I switch to another mop brand), hoping that with each tweak and adjustment made by the company that they will address the problem of the mop snapping right at above the mop head... but atlas, no! Again, my grandmother's mop handle lasted more than a generation, why is Frank struggling with this so much?
I am thoroughly disgusted with this product!

Piece of junk

The flex handle is absolute garbage....I had one of these before and the handle was a better design but it broke so I decided to get another. When I extended the handle so that it was comfortable to use it wobbled all over the place...if you put the handle into a more stable position you have to bend over to use it. The way it is packaged you don't see the flimsiness of the extended handle. Don't waste your money on this product...

Works well - for a while.

I have purchased 3 of these in the last 2 years. It generally does great job of cleaning my laminate and tile floors, however is not very well made so does not last! At this price I am considering this to be a semi-disposable item that I need to replace every 6-9 months.
1) The "flex" feature is implemented with a length of plastic that is not rigid (by design), but the weak plastic is prone to cracking and breaking just above the mop head. My first mop broke here within about 3 months, and the second mop broke after about 2 months of use. I have an spare handle from another mop that I am using instead.
2) The plastic latch/clip that keeps the mop head flat is very poorly designed. In all 3 mops I've owned the grey (or green) plastic piece pops off after a few months of use. You can put it back a few times, but after that the plastic wears out where it attaches to the hinge and becomes useless.
So yes - this is a good mop, but be prepared to macgyver fixes or simply throw it out after a few months.
