Incorrect height listed, way too short

The specs listed are wrong. First of all, Canadian tire says the height is explandable, which is wrong. The box doesn't say that, but it does list the height at 34.25". It's not even CLOSE to that long, it's just barely 30". A good lower bar would allow for 36" imo... In the end we lowered my boyfriend's shirts to the bottom and we're going to see if pants are short enough to fit above it. Really misleading though. Pro: it's really sturdy, I like the adjustable width.

I really like this product

NeatFreak! Makes really good products that are sturdy and withstand wear and tear. I have been looking for these products everywhere and have had a really hard time but so glad my local Canadian tire had it in stock. They also had the hanging bins I wanted too! My closet has much more space and feels more organized now! So grateful to have found it ! I would agree with the previous reviewer that adjustable side straps would have been nice for the hanging bar, but it is fine without them!

Description of height is incorrect

I sought this model out specifically because of the description stating "Adjusts to a maximum of 39.5" (100 cm) from 33.5" (85 cm) in height." The height does not adjust at all, and so the bar sits too high for what I needed.

Good idea, but....

I purchased one several days ago. It is a good idea but as other reviewers have pointed out the lack of vertical adjustment is a problem. The box the item comes in has a picture showing shirts hanging on the top bar are well clear of the bottom bar. This is not the case.
It is only 30 inches from the bottom of the top rod to the top of the bottom rod. I measured a few of my shirts on hangers and it averages about 34-35 inches. I am an average size and my shirts are a mans large. If I hang shirts on the top rod they drape all over the lower rod. The manufacturer should add a way to adjust the vertical dimensions of this item.
I will come up with a way to adjust the length myself.....

Très pratique pour les petits garde-robe, mais je ne suis pas capable de raccourcir en hauteur le produit. J'ai acheter un cube en tissus de la même marque (produit connexe qu'on voit sur les photos) se qui m'empêche de mettre ma pôle plus haut. C'est un inconvénient car j'ai mes vêtements qui frotte sur mon rack a soulier.
Oui, Je recommande ce produit.
