Excellent replacement canopy

I purchased the whole unit many years ago. The canopy fit great and last 2 years. I have purchased 2 replacement canopies since, and they have each lasted 2 years. I did not have any of the problems others mentioned re not fitting or missing the velcro. I am not happy that this replacement is now discontinued. My frame is still perfect! :(

Useless junk

This product is terrible! It lacks the velcro tie-downs of the original and has no hope of staying on in any wind. Rain accumulates and pulls the thing off the frame.
After spending half a day adding reinforcements I was able to attach it with cable ties.
Don't waste your money. The big patio umbrellas are cheap now.

10x10....

Just purchased my last canopy. We purchased one last year and these last two windy storms tore it apart. We decided to buy this last one just for this season, and I will build a pergola for the seasons to come. My post is about those who said it is not a true 10x10 and doesn't fit.
I also found this to be true, but... I was able to get all four corners to fit by removing the screws that held the frame to the deck. Once I did this, I was able to fit all four corners and then, screw the frame back into the deck. I also plan to keep the mosquito net closed at all times. This will help to control the amount of wind from entering underneath the canopy and creating the expected damage. Privacy walls will probably work better than the net. This is a theory.
With all the negative reviews, it makes you wonder why Canadian Tire would still sell this product.

Size issue has yet to be resolved

I didn't buy a replacement canopy last year because of all the reviews complaining that the canopy doesn't fit the 10' x 10' frame. I finally bought one this year, hoping the problem would have been fixed by now. It hasn't. The package says the canopy is designed to fit a 10' x 10' frame, or 3m x 3m... 3m is 2 inches shy of 10', which seems about the length that the canopy fell short.

Q : Is this actually 10" x 10" or is it 3 x 3 meters? This is an important detail as 3 x 3 m is only 9'8" x 9'8" which will not fit a true 10" x 10" gazebo.
