Bonjour,
Attention nous avons acheter cet article a canadian tire il y a plus de 8 mois... comme toutes ces fontaines, il y a un filtre qu'il faut changer tout les 6 mois..
Cependant ce filtre est introuvable et même a canadian tire!! j'ai fait plusieurs recherche sur internet mais pareil!! nous avions trouvé un chez canadian tire qui semblait etre bon mais au final il ne l'était pas!

Algae problem

Algae grows in the bottom of the bottle. Also it would be nice if it is compatible with other filters because it's not always easy to find the replacement filter for this product.

Not a good product, algae grows in water bottle

Thought this was a great idea, would save money in having to purchase water bottles and save storage of empty water bottles waiting to go to the bottle depot.
Noticed algae growing in the bottom of the water canister, and contacted the manufacturer. Was told this is very unusual and there is no explanation for it.
Purchased a replacement water filtration system, thinking the one I had was defective. Same thing happened.
A family member puchased the same water filtration system for their Garrison water cooler - and algae started growing in it as well.
The filtration system is filtering the water, as you can see it filtering through the water filter when you refill the water bottle. Garrison cannot explain why algae grows on the bottom. Would not purchase again...

Great Option!

I used to lug the waters from the store for home use. I switched to this type of system years ago and won't go back! I purchased this newer style for the first time in July of this year, too lazy to clean my old one, and it's great! Water is by far the most popular drink in my house and I have 2 teenage boys!

Great taste, convenient

Had a Greenway brand, but it leaked. Purchased the Garrison brand, and have been very pleased and had no problems at all. There is only hot and cold, no room temp spout. The only concern I have is that it boils water several times a day. On the other hand, I always have very hot water when I want it. It is very convenient, and is easy to refill with a jug or empty ie cream pail. Holds about 6-8 liters of water.

R : I had been using the Greenway system for a few years and was sad to see that Cdn Tire replaced their product. That said, it appears to be an identical filter with the exception that the Garrison system does not use the top portion of the filter the way the Greenway did. (what's weird is that the Garrison system has the two circular holes just like the Greenway system where the top filter piece snapped in....makes me think it's is the exact same filter with a new name/look)

R : I don't see anywhere that says this can be used with a bottom loading machine. How would it be possible when the filter releases water from the bottom and filters from top to bottom. Think Canadian tire needs to correct their answer.

Q : Is this product supposed to be stable once in a corresponding product? I am terrified to actually put water in the jug since it doesn't sit properly in my dispenser (from the same company, the model number was one that is suggested on the box). The bottle sits crooked and wobbles.
