Horrible Table!!

I bought this table 3 years ago and like many of the comments it crumbled after a year of use. Since there was only a 1 year warranty we were out the money.

Very poor quality

Bought it a year back and the top is already peeling off. Was a good unit but for the price, not a good quality - very disappointed!

Poor quality!

This lasted one summer season, we stored it indoors for the winter and when we pulled it for the next summer, the top was crumbled to bits. It looks terrible! It’s a ridiculous price to spend for something that just falls apart. Do not waste your money!!

Terrible quality

Loved the look of this fire table. Tried to use it this summer after purchasing last and when we took the cover off it has completely crumbled. Expensive for such poor quality.

Q : Does this product disassemble in any way to make storage indoors easier? My patio is a rooftop so it is narrow stairs to bring down and up each season.

Q : Obviously a 20 pound tank would not fit under the table, but a 5 pound or 11 pound tank would. Are the hose fittings compatible for these smaller tanks? I have a small deck and don't want to store the tank visibly or have the hose visible.

We provide a 10' regulator hose with the unit to keep the propane tank at the required minimum distance of 5 feet. Q : I’d like to put a sealer on the top as I’ve seen many pictures of this table crumbling apart. Like it so far but would appreciate a sealer recomendation.

Q : in the additional information section under the specifications, it mentions this unit, the Windermere is not convertible to natural gas yet in the questions section it talks about a 50k conversion kit allowing it to be converted, which is correct please??

Q : As the firetable is so heavy how is it possible to bring the unit indoors. Heavy even to move inside gazebo especially for a woman! “Must be stored inside for Canadian winters” should be indicated directly on the outside of the box in bold.

Q : We don’t have the receipt but would like a refund or replacement. How do we go about this? We bought this table 2 years ago and every spring when we take it out of storage the top is more and more disintegrated. Love the table but it’s poor quality, especially since we cover it after every use and store it for winter.
