Good Faucet, poor instructions/machined parts

Bought this on clearance, and reviews were good. All was well until washers and lock-not install. If you follow the instructions it appears one of the bolts on the lock screw should fit through notch on both metal and rubber washer. When I tried this the metal washer notch did not have enough room and wouldn't remain flush when screwed in. last on the shelf, guess that's clearance for you sometimes. Slow support from Globe Union as well.

make double sure for need of supply lines

I went to canadian tire and asked for sheridan pull down kitchen faucet. I am told that sheridan name has changed to rosemont. I had doubt but employee also compared product codes which were same. I bought it and called plumber who removed my existing faucet. and there awaited my nightmare. As mentioned in website sheridan had supply lines but my product had none.
in short, it was late evening, store closed, plumber asked $40 and agreed to visit next day. Cant cook, rushed for car for water bottles and above all frustrated.

Great Water Pressure

I purchased this kitchen tap on sale about a month ago wondering if was good quality. The tap water pressure is strong. Unit looks great, install was less than a half hour and the sprayer has great water pressure too. Love the warranty. 5 stars and highly reccommended!

Nice looking faucet

I just bought this faucet yesterday because of the great reviews. It said that it was very easy to install...well it wasn't that easy. The supply line for the cold water was a bit too long, but if it was flexable, it would have been no problem. Had to buy a flexable hose, then connect it. By the way, it was my daughter who installed the faucet, all by herself.

Q : I just bought this product twice and neither faucet retracts. I have to push the nozzle back in and it won't even go the whole way. Is this normal? I have tried the weight in multiple locations and nothing improves. Its like the friction within the faucet is more than the weight accounts for.

R : If you are not getting any water through the sprayhead, try removing the sprayhead and running water through the lone hose. If you are not getting a good flow from the hose on its own check the connection for any debris inside the connector. If after checking the connector you do not find anything please contact Danze faucets for more details.
